feat: Add optional progress bar

Add an optional progress bar (disabled by default) to the CourseCard, The course card will use the course progress API from the LMS to get the info.

Our goal is to get community contributions seen and reviewed as efficiently as possible.

However, the amount of time that it takes to review and merge a PR can vary significantly based on factors such as:

• The size and impact of the changes that it introduces
• The need for product review
• Maintenance status of the parent repository

💡 As a result it may take up to several weeks or months to complete a review and merge your PR.

Hello @so-jd. Was this intended as a Draft PR? If not, has this new feature gone through the Product Propsoal Review process?

It looks like you also need to sign the Contributor Agreement as well: https://docs.openedx.org/en/latest/developers/quickstarts/so_you_want_to_contribute.html

I'm going to go ahead and convert to a draft for now while you sort those things out.
