@karelyatin This job runs minor update from 18.0-fr3 to main. Is edpm deployment expected to work in 18.0-fr3 without ovn. Seems like there are failures with neutron-metadata-agent. I can switch the job start from fr4. I had some issues with the image versions earlier and it would probably work now.

@rabi yes it should deploy fine as we added that conditions long back, missed to disable neutron-metadata, updating now
