this is a work in progress. This PR adds https://github.com/oxibus/shared-test-files as a submodule and uses them for testing -- similar to can-dbc and can-dbc-pest repos. .dbc files are used for generation and are later compiled. Currently, some of them still fail to compile and/or generate warnings.
