This PR introduces the following changes:

  • Integrates Twilio for making outbound calls.
  • Adds a new function makeOutboundCall in twilio.ts to handle outbound call initiation.
  • Updates the .env.example file to include necessary environment variables for Twilio integration.
  • Adds a new endpoint /make-call in index.ts to handle outbound call requests.
