refactor: multiversion dockerfile

Small description of change:

• Installed composer package with minimal allowed php version of 7.4
• Modified Dockerfile to be able to build for multiple different php versions (7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3)
• removed obsolete files
