Inorder to support mounting of linux in container, new partition is created and also data partition size is fixed. Increased the gptbuild size inorder to accomodate new partition. Starting of ubuntu docker container within Android fails. Kernel Configs required to run ubuntu container inside Android is not enabled resulting in docker container not started. Enabled configs to run ubuntu container in Android. Note: Some configs are not needed for running ubuntu container and the cleanup will be done in another commit.
