Airspy's have a feature to pack two 12 bit sample values in three bytes instead of four bytes with padding. This reduces the required USB bandwidth by 25% while incurring minimal overhead. This unconditionally enables the feature.
Still needs some changes in despairspy code to handle unpacking the samples.
