Technically it's not required to use PHP 8.4 as we don't use any specific language features.
And with support for Symfony 7.4 we should allow older PHP versions.

I really, really need some mental clarity (my mind has been a mess for months now). PHP 7.4 is end-of-life and support for PHP 8.1 is also ending soon. https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

Which is why I decided to focus on PHP 8.4.

FYI. This also the reason why everything is on hiatus now. Sorry for the noise.
