Allows to remove text in z guess such that inputting negative redshift is easier.
Allowed for the option of tweaking the continuum if the user finds it necessary. Defined with boolean value tweak.

Just very minor stuff, I suggest you ignore the changes to example-analysis-cgm.ipynb that file has been acting weird in my machine for a bit.
