Finished replacing all enum attributes with regular ActiveRecord string attributes. d5d80fa

Will be released in 0.3.0 which should hopefully require ActiveRecord 8.0. Will also sunset ronin-db-activerecord 0.2.x and ActiveRecord 7.0 support in favor of ronin-db-activerecord 0.3.x and ActiveRecord 8.0.
