What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?
Adds a system test for the story submission form to verify facilitators can submit stories.
How did you approach the change?
Wrote a test for the internal
/stories/newform, filling required fields with sample data and verifying successful submission.Anything else to add?
Focused on required fields and on the internal form, not the external stories.awbw.org/share form. Let me know if testing the external form is needed instead and optional fields need testing too.
