Run schema extraction in predev for typegen to work correctly

Description

Typegen from the frontend next application will currently not pick up any new sanity schema changes automatically (this drove me nuts for a couple of hours). This predev step will automatically run the schema extraction so typegen will not miss any new type definitions in /frontend.

Hi @wutangpaul ! Thanks for the contribution! Yeah, this makes sense as something that should be added. How would you feel about adding these two scripts to the /frontend instead of the root? That way it runs even if youre just running the frontend as well as if you're running both the studio and frontend from the root.

Like I spun up in this draft PR #149 . Let me know what you think
