Hey Sandeep,
I don't know if you're making many changes still.
I tried to compile StackBlock recently and bumped into these conflicts.
It's weird because most of the references to MPI:: had been replaced with boost, but there were some left.
Could be that I missed some special purpose of these, but this passed the tests on our cluster.
