Add redirects for supported databases page

Description

This PR adds redirects for the supported databases page and removes the link to the page from the sidebar navigation.

The following PRs remove the dedicated Supported Databases doc and changes links pointing to that doc to the Databases section of the Requirements doc.

Changes made

• Added redirects for the latest version and versions 3.12, 3.11, 3.10, and 3.9.
  • Included redirects for 3.13 that should be uncommented when version 3.14 is released.
• Deleted the link to the supported databases page from the sidebar navigation of the latest version and versions 3.12, 3.11, 3.10, and 3.9.
