I've added support for creating identity files on the fly when a valid ldap user is given.
I've made use of 'Config/Lite.php' pear library to write ini files, these are just simple files but more complexity can be added in the future.
I also corrected a misplaced line. Not very worrying because the module needs and update to handle digest logins (or force legacy mode to send the password in plain text)
