A change to the installer such that it finds the alter scripts based on the directory they are in, and runs them in order. This is instead of having them hardcoded in two places.
So now if a new script is added -- alter 14, say -- the installer will pick it up immediately if run as a script (
python install.py), or whenever the executable is next built with PyInstaller.
