This should make it easier to use them from Tokio
No longer conditionally added for the s3 feature
A first experiment in async transport Currently only on LocalTransport
This is now called under the sync version, and so is exercised by the s3_integration test
Don't preallocate manually, trust stdlib to do this
This removes a second implementation of a similar concept: walking two trees in lockstep by apath, reporting whether one (the basis) or the other (the source) or both contains a file with each apath.
Some code will want to wait until it's definitely released, or observe errors
Allows removing the local runtime in s3 that broke it on this branch.
Take and release leases
Avoids repeatedly recalculating it.
