Enabling CasADi with PyPI

Hello Pinocchio Team,

Thanks for your work.

It seems that pinocchio doesn't have CasADi bindings enabled when installed with PyPI (Ubuntu 22.04, Python 3.10.12, pinocchio==3.4.0).
This was already mentioned in #2483.
Is there a reason why? Would it be possible to enable it by default?
