This or the fact its from a fork. It usually works with my PRs. I'll look into this

@JGalego one thing to note is that this now repackaged playwright with our opinionated container. We did have it in the registry, but the one packaged by Microsoft https://github.com/stacklok/toolhive-registry/blob/main/registry%2Fplaywright%2Fspec.yaml however, with this PR, you could now use it from our registry if you prefer.
