Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the GitHub Actions workflow configuration to run tests on pull requests in addition to pushes to the master branch, instead of running on all pushes to any branch.
- Changed the workflow trigger from all pushes to only pushes to master branch and all pull requests
- Improved CI efficiency by limiting when tests run on pushes while ensuring PR validation
