1.0.6 box is no longer available, this changes the default to the latest available version from Atlas.hashicorp.

Sorry about that; I didn't realize you had locked on a specific box revision—I had to remove a few because that server's disks got quite full—I was hitting the 80 GB limit, and S3 was not an option because of bandwidth costs :( From here on out, I'm able to host the boxes in Hashicorp's Atlas, free of charge (yay open source!), so I will not be deleting any further box versions. |

Vagrant 1.0.6 is no longer available, change the default version to 1.1.4 to prevent confusion.
