This PR adds an example demonstrating how preprocessed custom sequential data (e.g., for EHR analysis) can be integrated with PyHealth using the
pyhealth.datasets.SampleEHRDatasetclass.It includes:
examples/ehr_uncertainty_analysis_example/pyhealth_custom_dataset_wrapper.py: The wrapper class.examples/ehr_uncertainty_analysis_example/uncertainty_wrapper_example.ipynb: A notebook showing its usage with illustrative data.
