The unit test failure seems related to authentication:

#9 [5/7] RUN sudo ./main.sh prerequisites
#9 0.086 sudo: PAM account management error: Authentication service cannot retrieve authentication info
#9 0.086 sudo: a password is required
#9 ERROR: process "/bin/sh -c sudo ./main.sh prerequisites" did not complete successfully: exit code: 1

I suppose we need @rootfs, @sthaha or @dave-tucker 's help here.

the error msg for current ci as sudo: PAM account management error: Authentication service cannot retrieve authentication info seems some ubi image/pem setting changes so that user 0 can't use sudo in container image test approach to run some scripts.
is there any suggestion?
