First attempt to add 2022.11 to linux
The suffix is now dependent on the version :(

It appears that the SDK files are missing from the tarball. I've raised this on the forum. |
Skip 2022.11 b/c no SDK. Trying the RC for 2023.1

This sets another CMake variable to find Cubit. It's additional for now, and we'll try to remove others if it works.
