Fixed errors relating to empty agent dir on Windows and added made pyinstaller path absolute, fixing path var issues.

Fixed errors relating to empty agent dir on Windows (being empty) and added made pyinstaller path absolute, fixing path variable issues (for those who don't have python added to PATH).
