Add documentation about hooking authorization for SocketIO

Hi,

I closed my previous pull request and opened this one.

I came up with a much simpler solution to go about hooking into the authorization handler that leaves the default one untouched.

I just think it should be documented somewhere so someone else can find it helpful.
