Description

Bumping provider version to include some provider bugfixes:

  • Allow table TTL to be disabled by allowing ttl[0].attribute_name to be set when ttl[0].enabled is false
  • Fix validation error when optional attribute in on_demand_throughput is excluded (this bug resulted in both max_read_request_units and max_write_request_units being required to be set when both are optional)

Motivation and Context

Breaking Changes

No.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • I have updated at least one of the examples/* to demonstrate and validate my change(s)
  • I have tested and validated these changes using one or more of the provided examples/* projects
  • I have executed pre-commit run -a on my pull request

I am not sure that we need to merge this one because nothing new or changed there. Provider versions are always set to a minimum, and it is up to users to upgrade them if they want.
