Add sof-rpl-cs42l43-l0.tplg. Remove mic mute LED control of 'PGA5.0 5 Master Capture Switch' and 'PGA2.0 2 Master Capture Switch' which will fix the mic mute issue. Generated with Intel SOF build, identification "Build #6103". Signed-off-by: Bard Liao <yung-chuan.liao@linux.intel.com>
