llext: let remaining modularised components select "m" on PTL #9957

Audio component drivers, that have been converted to support modular build, should also be built modular if CONFIG_LIBRARY_DEFAULT_MODULAR is selected. So far only PTL selects that option. For most modules this doesn't actually change anything, because they're already built as modules on PTL, but DCBLOCK, MICSEL and MFCC will actually now switch from being built in to modular.
