Step by step guide

  • Launch the Thunderbird application on your device.
  • This guide is applicable for Mac and other platforms.

  • Go to the general settings in Thunderbird.
  • Click on 'Add-ons and Themes' to find the necessary add-on.

  • Open your inbox and locate the email with the file link.
  • Click on the link to access Thunderbird Send.

  • Enter the password if prompted.
  • Click 'Download' to retrieve the file.
