This commit holds the Neo-Keyboardlayout v2 but without overloading the keys with all levels. I added only the needfull levels with the chars that are needed on normal daily usage. There is also a eyecatcher for the print key with an instant camera printing a tux

This is the Neo (v2) Keyboard layout but without overloading the keys with all levels. I added only the needful levels with the chars that are needed on normal daily usage. There is also an eye catcher for the print key with an instant camera printing a tux created by myself and can be requested (don't have it uploaded anywhere currently but will be under Creative Common License.).
