project_openldap: Add PI to posixgroup on creation of project

The justification for this change is that:

• project_oepnldap should fully reflect membership
• it is up to sites how they then use that , if they use the project groups for storage or something else (or not at all) - it is entirely a site's own decision
• there is no coldfront action to add self (if logged in as PI to modify one's own project) as you are already added to your own project in django membership - this behaviour makes sense
