• Fix call Bindiff hanging Autoexecute of BinDiff hangs and manual import applys too many diffs on first attempt #30
• Add export namespace support

Thank you for the PR. I'd like to merge the bugfixes and namespace support but could you move the changes related to how BinDiff is called to another PR? We've had so many problems with this across different platforms that I'd like to be able to test that seperately. AFAIK, it should be working with the current solution (flushing stderr) on all platforms, or did you experience something different?
