This PR adds GGUF Loader to the Inference Tools section.
GGUF Loader is a lightweight, PySide6-based GUI app for loading and chatting with GGUF models (Mistral, LLaMA, DeepSeek, etc.) completely offline. It features a plugin-based addon system to extend functionality — including PDF summarization, spreadsheet automation, and email assistants.
Cross-platform, pip-installable, and beginner-friendly.
