Straightforward Solution

Hi waterlink,

thank you for the nice little challenge! Here's my solution. Definitely still lacking some improvements:

• set does not look pretty, and the array should probably not just grow by the index size but quadratically or something
• shift and unshift are inefficient
• splice is not solved very well. I'm excited to see other peoples solutions for this one.
• Probably several other things can be improved as well 😄
