- Small update/refactor of README.md Project Title & Project Descriptions
- Added a comprehensive Table of Contents w/ all original & added sections
- Fixed styling of the "Export Format" section
- Added a "Project Structure" section within "Development" -> Elaborated on the project's basic directory structure, and the role of each significant file
