I Figured this might be something people would want to Automate when the Doc Changes from Light to dark, so I Figured I'd Build this over Just Requesting it. If Fixes/Improvements would be Preferred let me know and I'll get to them!
(And Side note regarding the Verbage use of "Dark On times" over "Timer": Just felt that was more clear about its Actual functionality.)
