visualize data with a scatterplot graph
this is the implementation of the task from the freecodecamp course - data visualization projects. data taken from https://russia.duck.consulting/. they are stored in files/data.json. in total, there is information about 1845 cities in russia from april 2017 to april 2018. for 2022, prices and population differ from the declared values, so this is just a mock-up where real data could be at the moment.
the scatterplot can be zoomed in and out with the mouse wheel, or with the zoom brush.
