修改了这个文件
layout/_partial/plugins/gitment.ejs， readme的修改不用理会因gitment作者的不再维护，现在无法登录了，修改gitment.js为他人维护的。

还有添加了对gitment id的指定，因中文使用unicode编码，字节长度很容易超过50，会发生无法创建评论的现象。
