Change default sort of pool search from 'score' to 'roa'

For your consideration: the purpose of the change is to encourage better stake distribution within Cardano ecosystem - currently 'score' sort seems to return mostly the same pools month after month (I've taken a few snapshots over the past x months), majority of them already with adequate stake and regular block production.

Hi! Thank you for you suggestion and contribution. This will need a decision from our Product team but also some clarifications need to be done with Cexplorer first about certain pool ROA values. e.g.:

Sure, my understanding is that ROA value you referenced in your screenshot is the one they show on the their website in the pools section (see my attached screenshot) - ROA average over the past 10 epochs. So sometimes the value might be large when a small pool gets some good luck with the leadership slot lottery. Wallets like Eternl show last-12-epochs-ROI information on their staking section while explorers like Adastat allow user to specify the range over which ROI is averaged.

Hi, testing how we could be filtering some ROA fluctuations to make things bit more stable, but overall status is that it's being considered by our Product but the priority is not super high compared to other tech and business, etc
