The aim of this pull request is, to update the images to

  • the latest ubuntu lts (20.04),
  • latest pyinstaller (4.2), and
  • latest stable python (3.9.6).

TODO

Is python 2 still required?

  • Dockerfile-py2-amd64 (builds)
  • Dockerfile-py2-win32 (doesn't build)
