Introduce webawesome ha-dropdown for use with button menus.

@silamon can you add one place where you use it already? And add screenshots, so we can ask design if we should adopt it?
Interesting would be for example the automation editor, where we also have keybindings.

The wa-dropdown in general is ok, but the height of the item is too small (~35px), minimum should be 40px. Would be good to see how the automation editor overflow menu renders with this.
