This PR addresses the discussion in #36 on helping readers of the specification answer the question "What are all the terms defined in the
rdf:andrdfs:namespaces?", as reader currently has to check multiple specifications to obtain an exhaustive list.The proposal in this PR is to define a registry section for the
rdf:andrdfs:vocabulary in accordance with § 6.5 The Registry Track of the W3C Process.The PR still needs some wordsmithing and should be aligned with #45, so I'm marking it as a draft for discussion.
