This PR addresses the discussion in #36 on helping readers of the specification answer the question "What are all the terms defined in the rdf: and rdfs: namespaces?", as reader currently has to check multiple specifications to obtain an exhaustive list.

The proposal in this PR is to define a registry section for the rdf: and rdfs: vocabulary in accordance with § 6.5 The Registry Track of the W3C Process.

The PR still needs some wordsmithing and should be aligned with #45, so I'm marking it as a draft for discussion.

PR #52 just landed.

Based on this PR, I prepared a new #53 . I hope that the new one is more follows more the idea of ​​showing what is in the machine-readable version. (The XML/RDF elements were removed)
